Anyone can learn how to kick and punch.  At Barley's Karate we take pride in continuously developing and reinforcing the following qualities to create positive minds - POSITIVE SELF ESTEEM, SELF DISCIPLINE, RESPECT FOR ONESELF AND OTHERS, CONCENTRATION, FOCUS, PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, LEADERSHIP SKILLS, IMPROVED SCHOOL WORK, GOAL SETTING, AND COMMITMENT. Classes are structured to challenge our students physically while learning Tang Soo Do.  Consistent training and repetition of techniques learned result in improved physical fitness.  The physical benefits of our program include, but are not limited to - FLEXIBILITY, ENDURANCE, PHYSICAL FITNESS, SELF DEFENSE, IMPROVED HEALTH AND WEIGHT LOSS...  more
